Powered by Reach, the app provides an interactive online space for young people to boost their wellbeing in relation to their physical and mental health, family and friends, local community and wider world around them.
By taking challenges, sharing photos, imagery and their reflections users will build a personal record of their achievements to inspire themselves and others.
